Rocky Mountain Eggs is a family owned agricultural cooperative with family farms based in Colorado and Utah. We combine the experience and heritage of our farming families, who together have more than 200 years of experience in the egg industry. Our well kept hens are fed locally produced grain, where the highest quality standards are maintained.

Our families have been providing farm fresh eggs to retail and foodservice customers in Utah, Colorado and surrounding states for over 50 years. We believe that every egg we produce should be superior - freshness and quality are never compromised. All Rocky Mountain Eggs egg varieties are produced by hens that receive special care at state-of-the-art facilities.
We currently produce and distribute eggs for our three premier egg brands and many of the “store” brands in the region.

Rocky Mountain Eggs has been an innovator and leader in food product safety, setting the standards for egg quality and freshness throughout the Western U.S. We receive superior audit scores from the USDA and third-party auditing teams and strictly adhere to the USDA quality specifications.
Operations & Practices
Rocky Mountain Eggs is an integrated organization - we control aspects of the process from feed milling to flock acquisition to processing and distribution, all to guarantee consistency and freshness with every egg! We lead the industry in advanced animal husbandry practices and computerized systems. Our eggs are packed in recycled and non-toxic packaging, utilizing methods that require minimal materials. We provide our hens with clean, safe, and healthy environments in order to ensure proper living conditions. As a strong supporter of the United Egg Producers Certified Animal Welfare program, our farms follow responsible, science-based, modern production methods in the care of our hens. This program was developed from guidelines established by an independent advisory committee of some of the top animal welfare and behavioral scientific experts in the U.S.
